‘Presence in the OD Space’
Presence is one of the most important dynamics necessary for developing a solid relationship that allows for caring and connecting. The contracting phase of every assignment is the most critical component of the relationship building process and sets the stage for the entire coaching assignment.
Participants will gain insight into how presence impacts the executive coaching process and will explore how this phenomenon impacts the OD environment. This program will introduce a relatively new theorical framework of presence and the implications for OD as a discipline. We will also address how positive psychology impacts OD and future research in this area.
Please join us on June 11 with your thinking caps as we explore this phenomenon.
