Multi-Level Resilience and Mental Well-Being:
Best Self <> Best Team <> Best Organization
Our September meeting will be devoted to discussions, polling, and break-out groups designed to help us think across levels in the areas of workplace and employee resilience and mental health.
Specifically, Joel and Ben will explore these qualities through a positive lens or growth mind-set and show how teams and organizations can embark on a journey to systematically develop qualities of resilience, thriving, and flourishing.
Also to help jump-start your insights in this area here is a link to a pre-reading article by Joel on multi-level resilience.
We look forward to seeing you online on 9/9 to gain new insights on resilience during these change-filled times.
