Communities of Practice:
State of the Art
What are today’s best practices for vibrant Communities of Practice?
The last few years have seen communities of all types shift from primarily in-person to primarily virtual. More recently we’ve seen a mix of virtual, hybrid, and too many in-person opportunities for any one person’s calendar. In our October session we will:
- Explore current CoP best practices
- Consider the impact of psychological safety and other factors on participation
- Use an interactive case study to look at implications for ourselves
Please join us on October 12 for some introspection and inspiration!
