2017 PRISM Retrospective
In place of our regularly scheduled meeting in October, join us for a special event with the International Coach Federation of North Texas Chapter at their luncheon meeting to learn how coaching can be a key component of corporate culture and success. [Meeting Flyer]
As a valued Alliance Partner of ICF North Texas, we’d like to invite all DFW OD Network members to attend the 2017 Prism Retrospective program at ICF-NT member pricing (select ‘Alliance Partner’ at checkout).
Since 2005, the Prism Award has served to recognize, celebrate and provide learnings from organizations that have embraced coaching as integral part of their leadership strategy. This year, in lieu of the Prism Award, we will be honoring the legacy of the award at our October 20th luncheon program, featuring a panel discussion with past Prism winners. The event will be held at Hackberry Country Club in Irving, Texas.
During our discussion panel you will hear from past Prism Award winners:
- CHRISTUS Health
- The University of North Texas Health Science Center
- The University of Texas School of Management Executive MBA Program
The Prism Retrospective program offers an excellent opportunity to:
- Learn about the challenges organizations overcame to successfully implement coaching programs
- Understand the ROI that results from coaching for Prism Award winning companies.
- Discover coaching best practices
- Key attributes and preferred experience sought when hiring external coaches
- Network
Additionally, ICF accredited coaches will earn the following CEUs: 1.0 Core Competency and .5 Resource Development.
