AI = Appreciative Inquiry = Authentic Intelligence
What do you appreciate? We are not thinking about sex, drugs, or rock and roll. We are emphasizing the impact of appreciation. Outcomes not deemed possible are achieved when AI is used.
Positive change can occur at the speed of imagination when attention is given to uncovering and nourishing what gives “life” to living systems when they are most alive, creative, and effective. Appreciative Inquiry focuses attention on what is working at its best. AI builds on successes and strengths but does not ignore obstacles and barriers.
We will simplify and bring alive the elements of AI that you can use regardless of your role as a change agent, manager, or OD practitioner. We appreciate you joining us!
Einstein is correct, “No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it. We must learn to see the world anew.” Come see your world anew!
