Two Roads Diverged: Leadership Coaching & Organizational Culture
Leaders have a choice to either align to organizational culture – or change it! Come learn how executive coaches work to help leaders make that choice—and then how they walk with them down those roads…
Engage with us in an exploration of workplace cultural environments you have experienced as an OD consultant and learn how you can support leaders to have a more significant impact on others – through their personal leadership style – and as exemplary role models. We will focus on coaching conversations that might be helpful to:
–> Discover Beliefs & Values
–> Identify Key Leadership Behaviors
–> Enhance Emotional Intelligence
–> Ask Powerful Questions
Start the New Year with us to learn from leadership stories where applied executive coaching strategies contributed to making organizational cultures more vibrant. Reflect on what crossroads your own leaders or clients are facing, and how you can support them differently in the upcoming year.
What road can you take “in the woods” to make a difference?
