Selection & Retention of High Potentials

Come participate in a lively presentation and discussion on how we as OD professionals can best assist organizations in selecting and retaining high potential employees.

Through research and experience we know that high potential employees leave at a much higher rate than other employees. In this session we will identify the major reasons and discuss how best to change that.
