Change at All Levels:
Enabling Sustainable Change from Leadership to the Front Line

Sustainable change in an organization requires many shifts: how people think, how they work together, and what they do. To achieve results on behalf of their clients, change management professionals must take people at all levels of an organization on a journey with a clear destination — and with clear ways of working in the future state.

Shari Chernack and Marilyn Sutherland will present two different change management case studies with two different audiences that ultimately have the same goal: to guide their organizations on a path to sustainable change, while changing ingrained behaviors and ways of working along the way.

We look forward to seeing you on March 12 at the University of Dallas.
Note that we are in a different room at UD in 2015!
(It’s a nicer room and much easier to find!)
