In place of our regularly scheduled meeting in January, join us for a special event ‘offsite retreat’ on Saturday, January 28 to restart your professional year—in your career, your consulting, your organization and your business.

Meet with your DFW OD Network colleagues for an interactive session to focus on the future, identify personal/professional goals, and find resources to turn those goals into actions.  We will lead you through a creative, structured planning process to prioritize your individual new directions in the coming year with lunch time to network and gain perspectives from the group.

Please come prepared to reflect on these questions:

§  What are my strengths, knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes, competencies, and gifts?

§  What are 2-3 things that you have learned in your career that could help someone else?

§  Describe your best self in 2017? values, stretch goals, etc.

§  What do you want to do more of / less / differently in 2017?

Give yourself time, space and community to take an inventory of what you accomplished in 2016 and plan for new opportunities in 2017. Your facilitators will include Terri Adkisson, Sandhya Johnson, and Jude Olson.  Start the Year of the Rooster with clear goals, great company, and good fortune!
