The Collaboration Effect:
Bridging Learning and Change

Learning and Change Management are two separate OD disciplines, right?  Maybe…  But we know that learning almost always brings change.  And that any kind of change almost always requires learning.  And these are usually happening at the same time.

Yet many organizations still have their learning & development departments and change management functions working independently, even within the same project. They eventually realize they need to collaborate, but it’s often too little / too late to fix all the disconnects.

Join us on Thursday August 8 as we discover how to proactively bring these two functions out of their silos and generate new synergies to maximize organizational effectiveness.  (We will tap expertise from both disciplines within our midst!)

Speaker:  Lara Azcona   [See full BIO below.]
